Free Glasses Every 2 Years, DVA Gold & White Card Holders
It's an honour to provide eye care to those who serve or have served in the defence of our nation. My parents are refugees from the Vietnam War, warmly welcomed into Australia in the early 1980s, providing eye care that recognises the service and sacrifice of Australia's veterans means a great deal to me personally.
Owning a GOLD or WHITE Health Card from DVA means you're entitled to:
- One pair of bifocal, trifocal, or multifocal glasses, OR one pair of reading AND one pair of distance glasses, complimentary, every 2 years
- All eye examinations directly billed to DVA electronically, no out-of-pocket cost
- A wide selection of frames, with the option to pay a co-payment on frames/lenses outside the DVA range
